QA/QC Introduction

In our Quality Control Department, there are fifteen quality control technicians and several sets of equipment, including elasticity survey meter, rubber accelerometer and mold degree survey meter.

The quality control procedures in our enterprise include six parts:  raw material control, oil pressure control, prior-to-print control, processing control, after-print control, quality assurance as following:
1) Raw material control is the first part of importance to ensure product quality by buying fine raw silicone and rubber.
2) Oil pressure control is to control the degree of the oil hydraulic press so as to control the elasticity and degree of hardness of silicone rubber products.
3) Prior-to-print and processing control will make sure that only the eligible products can be printed so that we will not waste time and cost. In this condition, we can supply customers more inexpensive products.
4) After-print control is to check out whether the products are well printed so that the products are eligible when they are sent to customers.
5) Last but not least, quality assurance will confirm the percent of pass of our silicone rubber products.
